But I had some healthy and delicious food today so I figured I'd do a little "what I ate today" post!
I started off the day with a kids organic z bar - that I forgot to take a picture of and a slice of cheese - classy I know, but it hit the spot ;).
For dessert I had this yummy concoction:
.....Fage Total 2% Greek yogurt topped with a tablespoon of chocolate chips, a teaspon of sliced almonds, and a tablespoon of cherry fruit butter - delish! And this little yogurt cup has 17 grams of protein alone which is awesome, since my day today was very unbalanced and low on protein all around!I had a few other snacks throughout the day that I forgot to take pictures of - but this was mostly it. It was an odd eating day :).
Now I have to log off and go play with this little girl before bed -
